Bumblebee, it's not supported by Ubuntu, as it's not in the Precise

working (no sound/mic before) using BCM20702A1_001.002.014.0449.0775.hex
patchram.
However after copying fw-04ca_2003.hcd into /lib/firmware/ and rebooting it
doesn't loads patchram and I have to do it manually again.

I added both of the commands (without sudo) to /etc/rc.local.

No, this hasn't happened on Raring, but it didn't previously happen in
Saucy either.
One difference is that the 2nd time testing under Saucy I was connected
to a 2560x1600 monitor via DVI, vs a 1920x1080 monitor via HDMI.

I'm rather convinced it is the zRAM bug, that Leszek Lesner described
earlier today. I reported success with 768 MB RAM, and now I have
succeeded also with 512 MB RAM to install from saucy-desktop-i386.iso
without any freeze, when zRAM was switched off. This is half of the RAM
necessary to succeed
