Tried this tonight with 13.04. Installed the DEB and all seems to be

it completes installation normally and can dist_upgrades kernel to latest
status(3.10.0-4).
The installation issue is fixed, but exist call trace about ioatdma driver. see
Apport is not available in repository of Ubuntu-Touch and I'm not
willing to open up my desktop for access from launchpad.
I'm going to see if "saucy-preinstalled-touch-armel+grouper.zip" will
update and work from Android recovery level.

When I try to load bttv module ( ubuntu 13.10 daily-build 21 Jul 2013)
with parameter:
$ sudo modprobe bttv card=137
I get this message:
