You added .desktop file shortcuts to apps and put them in a folder, and added a
Folder View widget to your panel and configured it to show that folder*_YES_*,

Shortcuts are working correctly from Dolphin . I copied the shorcut on
the Desktop; it works.
It's Folder View widgets that does not work properly anymore since a
recent update (from Backports

I changed the graphic card for other reasons and this solved the problem.
