kwin runs on the intel chip.
baloo is disabled.
The only processes that seem to use CPU are the game, Steam and plasmashell.
I have tried to kill plasmashell, and it looks like the FPS immediately went to
the same level

It opened me a configuration window. I changed Xrender to OpenGL, antialiasing
method and set window preview for minimized windows, then applied changes.
