Click PrtSc and expect the spectacle dialog to open to offer choice of type of
screenshot and when to take the image.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click PrtSc on keyboard

Actual Results:
Screenshot is taken without any dialog controlling the application to offer
choice of type and delay.
Expected Results:
Expect spectacle dialog box to open with options for delay and whether whole
screen or rectangular regions etc.
Version spectacle 15.12.0-1
Spectacle can be opened from the K menu but this does not seem to happen if the
PrtSc button is pressed.
