OK, now we are getting more close to the bug here.
The video file I used was an extracted zone of a longer file. GoPro's are known

Movit is not enabled.
The profile is standard, 1080p @30fps.
The footage is from a GoPro at 100fps, and I want slowmotion from it, which is
why I captured it at 100fps in the first place.
