This turned out to be caused by a KWin effect "Morphing Popups" which re-adds

Sorry for my latency, almost forgot about this. I can crash Dolphin by pressing
the context menu key on my keyboard (the one next to right alt on some older
keyboards) WHILE dragging a panel around, and it crashes as

Another piece of info, when re-launching Dolphin after said crash, the dragged
