The logs were collected the following way:
1. Run the command systemctl --user edit plasma-powerdevil.service
2. Added line Environment="QT_LOGGING_RULES=org.kde.powerdevil=true" under
[Section]

Here are the logs. I would like to note, that the reduction is higher than 30%,
because the brightness setting is reduced from 75% to 23%. This makes a
reduction of a 70%.

I did some other modifications to visual settings and found out that this is a
issue limited to "Breeze Dark" Plasma style.

I reduced the speed to minimum and the issue is even more visible. Animation
speed does not cause this issue except for the fact that if you configure
Plasma for maximum animation speed you will probably hardly notice it

Thanks. We can close this bug report because as I said it happened only
once and cannot be reproduced anymore. I hope the fix for Kickoff and
Krunner will be implemented soon in KDE Neon distro.

The crash happened only once after some updates installation at reboot and

To drag Kickoff menu you have to:
1. Open Kickoff
2. Press meta key and right mouse button at the same time and drag it.

Good evening Nate,
after some KDE Plasma upgrades Kickoff and Krunner don't open in their
usual screen location. Kickoff opens in the middle of the Taskbar instead
of lower left corner and Krunner opens in the cent
