Bad Slovenian translations

Slovenian translations for moving or displaying windows in different virtual
desktops is really bad to the point that make no sense and are hard to
understand. For example, "1 Namizje 1" means "1 Desktop 1". Note that I
configure my KDE desktop to use 3 virtual desktops named Namizje 1, Namizje 2,
Namizje 3 (the word Namizje means Desktop in Slovenian).
I propose the following translations:

"Pritisni 1 za prikaz v Namizje 1" instead of "1 Namizje 1"

User can configure different identifications for virtual desktops under Virtual
desktop section in System settings. If the user choses to identify the first
virtual desktop as "Primarno namizje" than the translation should be "Pritisni
1 za prikaz v "Primarno namizje".

The commands for transfering windows between virtual desktop contain a minor
error: "Prenesi v {insert number here}" should just be "Prenesi v", in my case
for example "Prenesi v Namizje1" instead of "Prenesi v 1 Namizje 1".
