Last night (October 4 2023), I accidentally left my computer on overnight. This
morning (October 5, 2023), when I turned on the monitor, I discovered all my

And now, today (September 25, 2023) Kmail did not download any mail right away
when I clicked on "check mail." About one minute later, it downloaded ALL of

Ok, I started kmail right after my computer booted. It showed no e-mails. So I
tried Control-Alt-Backspace to reset the Desktop. I tried Kmail again. 28
messages showed up instantly.

This happened again. It's happened twice in the last two days. I actually saw
it happen this time. I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but it

That's true; I did. I was hoping that the major Mageia update would fix
it. currently, I will be trying a fresh (updated) install of Mageia 6

I'm thinking it's a problem with GROWISOFS. This problem has been around for a
while. It also fails using openSUSE and Fedora Core 27. Version 17.08 still has
