Ah, and one more thing since you linked me another bug. I saw that person was
connecting its screen to HDMI. I also have my screen connected to HDMI. Maybe

I just uploaded a video where i demonstrate the issue. Turns out it isn't just
happening when maximizing an app. It's enough to just open any app. You'll see

since version 5.4, digikam can not read metadata (Pentax K-5)and crashes
regularly. Only at the pentax.
Version 5.3 was Error-free.
