For a split second it appears like the window is rendered in much higher DPI or "zoomed in". I saw this on all of my 3 Systems that run KDE. It'snothing "problematic" though, just doesn't look nice. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Go to Display Settings and Maximize the Window. Then close the Window 2. Right Click on Desktop and then again go to "display settings" 3. You'll see it "scaling" with much higher DPI for a split second. OBSERVED RESULT scaling/zoomed effect EXPECTED RESULT The effect shouldn't happen.
