Just to be on the safe side, I removed that rule and the behavior of spectacle

While configuring kwin to be compiled with debug info, I noticed that for some
forgotten reason kwin was compiled with clang and not with gcc.

I have the same issue, with an HP and a dell external monitor. (1366x768 vs
1920 x 1200). In my case, physically disconnecting the monitor or simply
