1) Exported the Window Rules
2) Deleted both of the rules

Either those context drawers should be nuked altogether, turned non-interactive
(QQC2/Drawer::interactive), or it's a Qt bug for not passing mouse events

No any issues with ffmpeg package from RPM Fusion repository and other
