generate it yourself if you need to later (assuming you have the

It's not the solution you're looking for, but I'm pretty sure the
imapd.conf man page contains the same information. Try:
man 5 imapd.conf

As I mentioned in a previous thread, the imapd.conf man page is missing from the
2.2.3 distribution! I took a look on the CVSWeb pages and it is not there either!
It is also missing from the on-line documentation, at:
