I've generated you a copy from the man page included in the 2.2.3 source distribution under 'man/imapd.conf.5'. Simply run 'man2html man/imapd.conf.5 > doc/man/imapd.conf.5.html' to generate it yourself if you need to later (assuming you have the appropriate tools installed, of course). Title: Ma
