Thank you for that, I can now try to get 2.2.3 working with the new imapd.conf options installed.
I trust someone will look at why this is missing from the current source distribution, the online documentation and the CVSWeb system.
imapd.conf.5 is automatically generated from one of the source files. It doesn't exist in the distribution until you run 'make'. Nor does the imapd.conf.5.html file, either. Now, if it isn't being built during the make process, that's a different kettle of fish.
