And the curus user exist with password even tried other admins I created
but nothing works.
Any ideas?

When you configure you must do --with-auth=regexp This code requires
POSIX regex functions, you may have to include additional libraries
depending on the OS. On RedHat the regex functions are part of libc.

I had a similar problem - perl libraries wer installed in /usr/pkg/lib.
I added an include directive to the cyradm script.
