Error when running "quota -f"

We are trying to fix the quota roots on one of our Cyrus servers. Version is 1.5.X. We are getting the following error : quota: System I/O error Bad file number I ran the "quota" command against each mailbox and it completed successfully. Any ideas? Thanks, Tom -- T
