Spam Filtering in lmtpd

2004-05-30 Thread Markus Wernig
Hi all I have setup cyrus and sendmail with spamass-milter and clam-milter and am very happy with it. The one problem (besides user-based bayes databases) is that every mail gets spam-scanned, even if only relayed. My idea now is that only those messages should be passed to spamd that are to be de

Hello again (back to trouble ;-) After "fixing" the master segfault trouble (backing out SUN's patch) I'm back to where it all started: The whole of cyrus administration via the perl scripts doesn't work any more. sieveshell reports: " connecting to localhost unable to connect to server at /usr/l

master segfaults on Solaris 9

Hi I have cyrus-imapd 2.2.3 with SASL 2.1.17 on Solaris 9 sparc. After installing the latest Solaris patches cyrus master will not start any longer, but segfaults without dumping core. I have recompiled every lib that cyrus is linked with (ssl, berkdb, sasl), and I have of course recompiled cyru

Hallo I have done a fresh compile of cyrus-imap 2.2.2-Beta on Solaris 9. Everything works quite as expected (it took some time to find out about the new bytecode format of sieve scripts, though). The only thing that keeps failing is sieve access via the sieve socket. # sivtest -u user localhost

missing "To:" line in final message

2002-03-12 Thread Markus Wernig
hi all i'm not sure if this is a sendmail or cyrus problem: cyrus-imapd 2.1.2 sendmail 8.12.2 when sendmail passes a mail to cyrus-lmtp via socket, the "To:" line gets lost somewhere in the process, i.e. it does appear in the sendmail logs, but not in the final mail in the users' cyrus mailbox.
