I went through and set the quotas for all of our users, but mail is still
being delivered to over-quota mailboxes. When I run 'quota -f', I get

I have been using cyrus 2.0.12 with sieve for a while now on test
systems and everything worked fine.
Then when I install cyrus on the production server , everything but
sieve is working.
Please help me to find where I have made any error.
