updating the system, as advised by the news?

Currently, I am prepairing to build Gentoo system on

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2160 SLA8Z Malay processor.
What will be the correct march cflag for Intel Pentium
Dual-Core E2160 SLA8Z Malay processor to set up in
make.conf ?
Am I right to use amd64
run on the target computer, which I got only a few minutes ago.

feature has been set in make.conf because stage3
does not have Gentoo signing keys and I can not
install Gentoo package with Gentoo signing keys

I have just installed skypeforlinux-8.30.0.50.
After starting from command line, it successfully does nothing.
I even do not get "permission denied" message.
# whereis skypeforlinux
skypeforlinux: /usr/bin/skypeforlinux
# ls -al /usr/bin/skypeforlinux

Today, I noticed the following attemped to change use flags
in my Gentoo system during update:

by emerge-webrsync command and found out that
the portage snapshot signing key expired again
without being properly updated by app-crypt/gentoo-keys
update before its expiration as described here:
