This is all speculation.. I would imagine they'd need to be voted into the PMC. Maybe more votes from the IPMC could coax some binding votes from the PMC Does anyone feel member votes are binding without PMC membership? I don't recall seeing it but would be happy to be wrong here. On Sep 18, 201
