I personally have utilized the IPMC previously on behalf of the Apache Any23 VOTE process in order to obtain consensus on a previous VOTE, I am trying the same here with OCW. There is no stipulated requirement for any IPMC member to be a OCW PMC member. The reason I have approached the IPMC is that I know there are members of the foundation here who can review and provide this RC with an authoritative VOTE. We have a +1 from Daniel Gruno whih would take the overall tally to 3 +1's. If anyone else can review this RC it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Lewis
