As it stands now, my (totally non-binding) vote is an enthusiastic -1.

My vote is not binding either, but I'm interested in moving this along. :-)

Hi everyone.
How do you all deal with autoresponders when they're responding to
mailing list posts?
Do you kick the user? Is there a filter?
Thanks,

As far as I can see, Derby doesn't have an in-memory mode (i.e. no
disk involved).
I'm sure Derby performs quite well under normal use.

Okay, we can no longer live without our SVN repository.
Is it going to be ready soon?

My unit testing is always single threaded anyway. I believe it's
generally agreed that spawning threads in a unit test is an
anti-pattern, so I avoid it. Although, admittedly I sometimes wonder
how certain things can be tested easily without multiple threads.

Hmmm... I'm a bit worried about the status of Axion. It's last update
was well over a year ago and has no status updates at all.
So is this an implicit "no", HSQLDB is not compatible?

Hi all,
I love Derby, but for unit testing it's just too slow. We used to use
HSQLDB before iBATIS joined ASF, but I switched to Derby it because I
wasn't sure if HSQLDB was compatible with the ASF license.
Thoughts?

Cameron was a boy's name before that Diaz lady came along. ;-)

Alright, as far as I can tell the Java and site modules of the import
looks fantastic. Once Ted, Gilles or Roberto confirm that the .NET
module is working as expected, it should all be a go.

Regardless, we appreciate the criticality of having our code within
the Apache infrastructure and in hindsight should have done it much
sooner, if not first. I just didn't want Ted to take the heat for
that.

I'd prefer to see iBATIS as a TPL for the reasons Ted has laid out. I
don't think joining the DB project would benefit either team.
