- incubating in name
- signatures ands hashes are fine
- includes DISCLAIMER
- LICENSE and NOTICE fine
- No unexpected binary file
- All source files have ASF headers
- Can compile from source
In LICENSE I’d suggest you change the giuthub URLs to be relative file path
