The same person was involved by saying "did that, here's what to do to avoid

That is, he was part of the solution this time. Exemplary performance I would

By fix did they mean remove them all or add missing trademarks? What exactly
was the advice they gave?
Given the discussion took place off list and the Flex PMC was not involved in
this donation I have no way of knowi
That's a huge logic leap Andrew. And I appreciate you don't share such
illogical conclusions with everyone, unless you're 100% sure in their accuracy.

Hi folks
Could someone point to a project’s ( or multiple projects ) License/Notice
files where the project bundles the following as part of its binary
distribution:
- jetty-6.1.x-jar and jetty-utils-6.1.jar - jetty is Apache License v2 but

The original CCLA / SGA agreement mentioned the wrong GitHub repo, one that
did not include all of the Usergrid code. This new SGA lists the correct
repo and the same one that was imported into Apache's Git.
Thanks for getting this cleared up, John.

This is the second incubator release for Apache Streams, with the
artifacts being versioned as 0.2-incubating.

Hi,
+1 binding
For the source release I checked:
- incubating in artifact name
- signatures and hashes good
- LICENSE and NOTICE ok
- All source files have Apache headers
- No unexpected binary files
- Still can’t compile from source but it tells me I have wrong java version
- most of the issues

Then can you please explain how we can accept the donation if we don’t have
legal permission to use trademarks it contains.

Regardless, this is the wrong venue for such discussions. I apologize and
will bring my concerns up at the right list.
