Hi Bertrand,
I am very interested in joining as a mentor.
Right now I am a committer on Apache ESME and a PPMC member, so I
would have to be elected to the incubator PMC first.
I learned a lot from Apache ESME's incubation time and would like to

Hi Bertrand,
If there are some experienced Mentors added and I am elected to the Incubator
PMC, I would be willing to be a "Junior" Mentor.
I've been on the Apache POI PMC for a few years - a small group with a widely
used library, and for the past 6 months I've been active on the OpenOffice

Hi Incubator PMC,
At today's board meeting, we noticed that the Droid podling report
mentions "IP clearance" as its only step towards graduation, but
according to http://incubator.apache.org/droids/ it has already done a
release.
Could the mentors check that the release is ok w.r.t IP clearance?

Hi Bertrand,
I'm willing to learn if the need continues to exist, but I have not
participated in previous ASF projects - so I'm sure I have a lot to learn. I'm
very excited about the project, so I want to do everything I can do to help it
mature and be successful!

Hi Bertrand,
It looks like this issue is well understood and I have no concerns
that the incubating community will take appropriate steps during
incubation to resolve any remaining issues regarding the name.

Hi Alex,
Excellent, that's really good news! I agree with you, it's probably
better to keep Falcon and Apache Flex as separate projects.
It makes a lot of sense to contribute the Flex SDK as quickly as
possible to Apache, and it wouldn't be good to have the community
waiting for it.
And I fully
