Thanks for the replies so far. Unfortunately, adding a 3rd calibration point
to the .map file has not helped. Of course I'm assuming that the added
calibration point is valid (eg, I tried the one suggested below, which looks
like it should be OK).
Does anybody have any other suggestions as to

It took me a while to respond because initially I was worried about the
potential impact on released application code calling GDAL (from other
projects/products). Unless I'm mistaken it seems to me that there will
be no impact on pre-1.10 application code that used to test for thing

I don't like that we're changing the version macro and changing our versioning
pattern 10+ years down the road. Assumptions about GDAL_VERSION_NUM are likely
baked in many places, and this is going to cause some (albeit minor) pain.
There's no right way though, it's just a choice. My
Same here.

Just a friendly reminder, because I've seen no vote until now.

Hi,
If I write some vector data from OGR_DATASOURCE into geospatial PDF and I would
like to style symbols with OGR_STYLE, then ORG_STYLE string will also be written
ínto the model tree of the resulting PDF file as an attribute. I consider that
it would be better not to transfer OGR_STYLE at all as
I appreciate that (hence pasting the content of the file in my original email).
However, I don't know how to be certain that the text I put into the file
represents something that makes sense.
However, as I said I will give it a shot (when I get back to my computer).

You don't need Ozi, only a text editor.
