I have installed the following:

All downloaded from sunfreeware.com
Should I go to the source for each and download and compile them?

Using Ubuntu linux, fresh install, and a new cvsco I get the
am_fastdepCXX error. I can't seem to find reference to this in
previous posts. Can anyone please make a suggestion?

I'm running RH on intel. Been able to compile previously, but the last
several updates have left me unable to compile. I'm getting the
following:
configure: error: conditional "am__fastdepCXX" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.

So, I finally found an error that I think is preventing me from
changing themes, making eap files for menus, etc. The following is the
output from the console if I start X from a prompt and then try to
create an icon:

Everything else compiles perfectly in the libs directory. Do you know
