Assuming you didn't change GDM to Evidence, did you make sure to
switch your session back to Gnome?
If you did change GDM to Evidence, it's just a matter of fixing the runlevels.

I'm using a rebuilt E17 from today (rebuilt everything including libs, apps,
modules, etc.), and for some reason I'm playing with the IBar shortcuts and I
can't create one for Songbird. I made my own custom .desktop file in my
~/.e/e/applications/all folder for it, a
