Hello folks,

Sorry that my first post is on the subject of uninstall, but I have tried E
and it's not for me, too complicated.
I have installed E via Synaptic in Ubuntu and wish to uninstall. I have
removed all E packages via Synaptic, but on re-booting my pc I get errors
and it won't let me in. I must say at this stage I am a total Linux beginner
so I don't know what I am doing.
I have re-installed E in order to get my pc working, and as far as I can
tell E has modified my presession/default shell script. How do I remove E
and get back to my simple and familiar Gnome desktop, please?
Thanks in advance.

Ian
