After fresh update of e_modules from cvs I find that I get the following
error when attempting to enable the weather & tclock modules (appears in
nice error window):
"There was an error loading module named: tclock
The full path to this module is:

Hi, all.
When I use other WM, I also use 3ddesktop, a tool to switch virtual
desktop. But I found it doesn't work well in E17. It cannot acquire
the desktops but only show one although I had four.
Someone who can tell me what's wrong with it?
Thanks.

DR16 is, and skippy works fine, so I assume DR17 will be eventually;
but note that E17 does a lot of non-standard things like drawing it's
own desktop with drop shadows, which I doubt skippy takes into account.

Hmmm. Those don't seem to be there at all.
I'm on FC4 running
Version: 0.16.999.026
Release: 1.20060501cvs
from the didier yum repository. Perhaps the version in the
repository needs to be updated?

Hi,
I really enjoy using enlightenment. But I am currently looking for an
efficient way to manage a lot of different displayed windows at the same
time and believe that the Expose function from Mac OS X could be a plus.
I found that a funny tool running on NETWM or GnomeWM Spec compliant

OK, now I have multiple shelves, but I can't seem to control which
modules appear where. Right now, I have one vertical shelf with an
Ibar, and correctly sized pager, and a horizontal bar with the Ibar,
Start, and a mini vertical pager. I don't see any way to control
where the modules are placed,

Hi,
While trying to reconfigure my desktop background I got this error:
e17setroot background.jpg
ERROR: Enlightenment cannot set up the IPC socket.
Did you specify the right display?
While dr17 is running on DISPLAY :0.
Any idea from where this problem could come from ?

add a new shelf, then use the configuration to remove the pager from the
first, then adding it to the second

work with current CVS). I knew it would only be a m
Hi!
You have just made same mistake as myself ;)
There is API breakage in E. Now you have 2 choices:
1. Wait till somebody will fix these modules.
2. Fix them by yourself.
/me choosed 2 ;)
For example you can look at updated engage module.
(And in short, you should edit Makefile.am, e_mod_main
