DR16 is, and skippy works fine, so I assume DR17 will be eventually;
but note that E17 does a lot of non-standard things like drawing it's
own desktop with drop shadows, which I doubt skippy takes into account.

If it's the same problem I had, it's that E has already claimed the key
combination that skippy wants to bind itself to -- just changing to a
different combination should fix that error.
