win-e-' should make an é but only gets me e'
shift-66 should give me ^, but gives me nothing (by far the key I use
the most of these "special" chars

I'm trying to compile e17 from CVS and in esmart I get the following
error during `make`:
"esmart_container_plugin.c:6:18: ltdl.h: No such file or directory"
... and then a bunch of complaints about implicit function declarations
which (I assume) are declared in that header.
Does this mean that

Strings not in the code, but in e.g. config/menus.cfg, have to be
defined in config/strings.c.

Ok, one more question...Do I have to build imlib2-loader before or after
imlib2 itself?

Well almost everything compiled, but there was no /usr/bin/enlightenment
and when I checked the freshly compiled binairies there was no makefile
and because of that there was no file called "enlightenment" which
should have been made and put into /usr/bin

I am using CVS, but the last two or three days when I try to install E17
_using_ CVS, I don't get a working system. So I'm asking for a date it
was usable, so I can get it with CVS. Get the point?

Hello,
I'm running Debian Sid here, and I'd like install E17 using CVS. But so
far the snapshot's I've tried didn't work very well (or not at all). So
can anyone tell me a date on which there was a usable snapshot?
Thank you in advance,
Jasper.

Why are some menuitems not being translated? At least for the "Composite
settings" string, there's an entry in the po file? Is that for the title
of the window only?
And on a side note, anyway to move the 2 items that are on the right to
be under the last items on the left side of the menu?
