I believe the XSL transformation will convert '<' and '>' characters
to '<' and '>' respectively. Not sure if this behaviour can
be overridden, but I'm not an XSLT expert.

The HTML email is generated by the modifications.xsl stylesheet from
a list of modifications. You can tweak this stylesheet to suit
your environment/preferences.

The application event log (rather than the system event log) should contain
details of the error. It is most likely the change regarding the
notification element.
It has changed from:

I've been upgrading our Draco.Net build to the latest
1.4xx builds today and have been struggling to get our
existing configuration working, and wondered if you
could shed any light on it...
Because our current config runs on a non-domain
machine, we run the service under a different user

Here is a cut down version of our build config. This example has three
builds in it:
1) The Draco.NET build (monitoring sourceforge.net)
2) The HEAD of one of our projects
3) A maintenance branch of the same project as 2)
We use CVS exclusively, so there are no examples of other SCC systems.
