Hi,

The HTML email is generated by the modifications.xsl stylesheet from 
a list of modifications.  You can tweak this stylesheet to suit 
your environment/preferences.

Whereabouts are you outputting "<table><tr>..."?  Are you including 
HTML tags in a commit message?
