Finding a good S/Mime provider -maybe slightly off topic

Hello, I want to protect my digital identity online. I want to digitally sign all my emails. I've look really quickly and it seems that most major provider have S/Mime certs for around $20/year. I want to choose a good provider. So for instance I want to be able to report that the cert was comprom
