PS. to the above: I HAVE tried turning off the printer, deleting the CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.8-pre1 driver and rebooting the computer. Then turn the printer on and re-install the CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.8-pre1 driver. No change. Think there is a print buffer-control bug in this driver. -- Y

Canon PIXMA MP150 & MP160 print a full sheet of text without issue using CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.8-pre1 Has been tested printing with Libre Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs (web) However, if the sheet has a small amount of text (eg. 4 lines, name/address/city/code) the printer will hang after
