I'm also affected by this bug. Only to me it happens when I put my Dell Laptop e7470 into the docking station. Attached to the docking station are 2 monitors: Dell 21" @ 1920x1080 and a Dell 18" @ 1600x1200. The applications menu does not scroll down when the 2nd Monitor is attached. Confirmed that
