To clarify: these issues are purely graphical. If I swap to another window or do anything that would cause the screen to "re-draw" then it fixes itself, its just that switching tabs doesnt cause the screen to re-draw. I originally posted this as a question but was directed here to bug report it. I

It does happen in a guest session. Its a little hard to screenshot the issue.. Imagine clicking on a tab to open another document but nothing happens until you scroll, then the page updates but the tab doesnt until you resize the window. It "looks fine" on a screenshot, but isnt working as intende
