the first job prints fine, but then unless I turn off the printer and
turn it back on, each subsequent job will wake the printer up from
sleep, the printing icon shows up in right hand side of the top panel,
it disappears, but nothing ever prints.

Firefox crashes during startup.
I have problems with firefox 16 since the update arrived, but it still
started up, but would crash on every other page. Disabling all plugins
and addons did not change the situation. After upgrading to 16.0.1
firefox started working everywhere
I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 Beta 2 64 bit. There are things I like
synaptic for. I installed synaptic though the software center. then I
installed cups-pdf through synaptic. When the install was complete, I

and the errors and lingering gnome-settings-daemon update are gone. I
