[ Impact ]
* On Dell's AMD + Nvidia platform with iGPU [1002:150e] and dGPU are
not VGA compatible. There is no PRIME profile tab in the nvidia
settings.
* It is because the iGPU can't have boot_vga set, such that the
requires_offloading node managed by gpu_manager is not
