That's just a cosmetic bug in the Settings app when two GPUs are
present. It incorrectly lists one of them twice.
X11 windows can be shared between processes (actually they all exist on
the server 'Xorg') so that interaction between Aseprite and Nautilus
isn't entirely surprising.
It sounds like Aseprite's fault, but since Nautilus was the app
identified as owning the window at the time we can leave it assign
Comment #13 is where I realised Raffaele's problem was related to Nvidia
bug 2060268 and bug 2066126. And we're confident the fix for those was
released this week.
Mario's problem sounds different; related to a failure to achieve full
bandwidth when the display wakes up. This seems to be a common
