Anyone packaging pyrxp should be aware of Unicode issue it has.
In short, plain pyrxp doesn't handle Unicode at all, thus it is NOT
a XML parser. pyrxpu doesn't have this problem.

I check the packages of version 19 and saw dependencies in libjack.
When trying to install it I encounterd problems which after looking it up
noticed that libjack has double dependency at jackd.

any files to the current (or any other) directory and does a better job
