The "build" target only builds binaries; it does not build packages; you
need the "binary"

The problem is that I'm happily copying the three vim files to
/usr/src/vim and extracting them with
dpkg-source -x vim vim_5.0-0.2.dsc, changing the debian/rules file to
remove the two no X swi
