huh, i solved the problem, at least my apache is running again
:-) i found out that the reason for the apache to segfault were
15 buggy apache-modules:
env_module
mime_magic_module
imap_module
dbm_auth_module
proxy_module
digest_module
headers_module
usertrack_module
jserv_module
put_mo

hia,
yesterday i migrated a website to debian potato. apache (from
official deb binaries) excecuted with the new configuration, no
probs.
then i saw that both cocoon and jserv did not configure properly
(but i did not expect anything else as i have not set them up).
to get rid of the apt-get/dsel
