innxmit help?

Hi, I've just reinstall the debian 1.3.1 and I apparently have missed some setup somehow. How, the innxmit always give me this problem: --8< $ /usr/lib/news/bin/innxmit -d localhost /var/lib/news/batch.news.dhc
