Had an S3 X problem (non-Mandrake) where the generic s3 selection
(detected by a Lindows live CD even ;-)) worked, but the actual specific
one did not, you could give that a shot

miserbaly..

I don't know why yours doesn't work, but I just got X working on an IBM 300 PL
