The NCR/Symbios based cards are very well supported under Linux
Only get the U2W if you are for sure going to add harddriveS. The only way
you'll be
taking advantage of the 80mb/sec is if you have multiple fast devices conected
to
it otherwise its just wasted bandwidth, and at a substantial cost. All you
really
need is a scsiII card. Like the adaptec
