According to pnpdump, my NIC is programmed to use irq3 i've tried all
available irq's and still nothing. Now... the card claims to have a
programmable irq, but it didn't come with any manual, and i've had a helluva
time trying to find some way to switch the card's irq in debian.

Well thanks for replying so soon, the problem that i had is that something
put the NIC into some kind of loop, and eth0 wasn't detected because it was
busy.
Solved it by cutting the power to the entire computer for 5 min, and it
works now :)
